The ITALY IOOA tasting panel is made up of experts registered in the national list of virgin and extra virgin olive oil tasters of the MIPAAF (Italian Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry Policies). Experts who are part of the recognized committee of CAPOL (Tasters Center for Olive Production of Latina).
The Panel test method is recognized by the IOC (International Olive Council), the only international organization dedicated to olive oil and table olives.
The Panel Leaders of the A.CA.P. (Association of Recognized Panel Leaders) contribute to the final tastings.
