THE ORGANIZATION

The ARSOL association unites in a large family people with one great passion: the Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 

Under this assumption, the various branches of the sector are developed and serve the association to initiate, coordinate, develop and spread the culture of EVO oil in all its facets. Each member is selected by their own cultural and professional position to plan everything related to the tasting and marketing, as well advertising, of the high-quality EVO oil, trying to promote the oils that have the organoleptic and qualitative characteristics and introduce them in the leading markets of Europe and all the major countries who consume this special product all over the world. The ARSOL Association is born in Rome, with its headquarters located in Priverno (LT), and has contacts and collaborators throughout central-northern Italy.
